Here's a new variation for a cucumber sandwich: Take a Labriola french square. Toast it lightly. Spread withe marscapone cheese from the Cheese guy and slices of cucumber purchased from Witvoet-Dixon Farms. Sorry no pics available but send yours. We would love to see them on Crete Pretzel.
