Excited to welcome two new members to the team Ron and Jose completed the intro class this morning and they’re ready to get started!

With every spot in today’s 5 PM class reserved we were short one rower...so we created a twist on a classic workout and created “Fight gone worse” with a calorie bike at the end of each round. If you’re thinking 🤬 that! Not me...we already have a volunteer. You’re all set Ben 😁
