Coaching is what I live for. I retire from the Air Force in July and I am thinking of opening the gym again. What do you think?

I had a Friendly Reminder from a mother of a son I coached about how important I was when I got to coach him back when I owned the it was a good reminder why I coach. It's one of my passions, I believe it's one of the gifts God has given me.

When you are older, you are going to realize that the people who demanded your best were also the ones who cared about you the most.
