Today is my last day in Washington and it is bittersweet! I am so sad to leave this beautiful state while I’m also excited to squeeze my girls and Tobert when I get home.

We decided to venture out to Mt. St Helens today and realized a few things.
1. We don’t arrive at the mountain, instead it was just the headquarters for the monument. We needed to travel 2-3 more hours to find the actual mountain. 🤦🏼‍♀️
2. This area is a State FOREST not a State Park (apparently the Forest is better than the park, at least according to the guys at the headquarters)
3. Even if this isn’t the mountain or the park (or whatever) it is still some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen!

Washington, you have been amazing and I hope you take good care of my sister and her boyfriend!

Today is the last leg of this cross country try adventure!
We arrived in Washington last night and yesterday’s journey was the most visually magnificent experience of my life! Montana is stunning and I am so happy I was able to see it!

As beautiful as Montana is, Wyoming was a magical experience as well. We were lucky enough to visit some friends in a ranch during calving season (so many baby cows!!!) Their land butts up to the mountains and I could have stayed there forever and been happy!

This trip has ticked off so many boxes I had on my bucket list. We will have to do it again with my girls so they can experience it as well!

If you could go anywhere, where would it be? My bucket list still has so many destinations on it!!

From Florida all the way up to Washington State! 😄
It’s going to be a long journey (we are driving and hauling one vehicle and pulling a trailer with the other) but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do.
We stopped in and visited my brother along the way.
