I’ve come to realize just how long it has been since I’ve felt any type of motivation. The daily struggles of battling Severe major depressive disorder and anxiety have absolutely gotten the best of me.

They give you all these tips, tricks, and medications in hopes of helping make you feel better, but then scratch their heads when none of that works.

The unbearable internal battle I’ve been dealing with has whole heartedly taken over my life.

Do I want to feel better?.... Absolutely
Do I want to find even the slightest ounce of motivation to jump back into the swing of things?.... Of course

I will get to that point eventually. But for now, all I can do is keep fighting.
I will be back and posting regular content at some point. But for now, I take yet another step back... and keep pushing forward.
