ACF Rhode Island Chefs

Calling all Chefs!

Looking for 2-3 chefs to participate in a fantastic event held by FeedRI called "Field to Fork" happening at the JWU Culinary Museum on August 19th.

Chefs will each be paired with a local farm to feature their respective showcase ingredient in 300 samples to serve to a room full of hungry guests!

FeedRI actively creates sustainable solutions to battle food insecurity in communities throughout our state, and this is a great opportunity to support this cause and highlight our local talent and ingredients!

If you or someone you may know are interested, please send us a message ASAP to secure your spot!

It’s that time of year again, dust off your clubs and join us in supporting a truly worthy cause. All net proceeds benefit culinary scholarships and community outreach initiatives. Don’t wait.......this event has sold out the past few years.

An incredible night at our Chef of the Year Awards Ceremony and dinner, hosted by Siena Restaurant and Anthony Tarro.

It was a night of great food and awards recognizing the culinarians who make our local culinary scene shine! Headlining was Rachel Hutson CSC being named our chapter's Chef of the Year!

Honorees also included the newest Certified Master Chef Geoffrey Lanez, TJ Delle Donne and Johnson & Wales University, Sid Wainer and Chef's Warehouse, Todd Snopkowski and Snapchef, Eva Niosi, Jeremy Andersen, and many other integral members of our chapter and culinary community! We are also grateful to have been joined by a number of partner chefs from other chapters in the region.

Thank you for attending and we look forward to many more nights like this where we can honor those bringing the culinary arts and our communities to the next level!

Join us in congratulating Chef Daniel Van Etten CEC, WCEC, CBJ and Chef Justin Bradbury CEC, WCEC on their medals received at the 2026 ACF Leon Roberge Northeast Culinary Classic hosted by ACF Epicurean Club of Boston.

For the second year in a row, Chef Bradbury received the highest gold medal and winner's trophy. Great job representing our chapter Chefs!

We can't wait to see you at our Chef of the Year Awards Ceremony and Dinner tomorrow night!

ACFRI would like to wish Chef Geoffrey Lanez, CEC the best of luck as his CMC Certified Master Chef exam is currently underway. You are truly making our chapter proud Chef!
