Bearded Seal Brick Builds

I wanted to add some finishing touches to two of my earlier ships. The Flying Fox and The Hyena. What if Batman and The Joker were pirates during the 18th century rather then modern day hero and villain.

I've been working on this ship for a while. Captain Hook's ship The Jolly Roger. I spent the whole weekend working on it and I only have to finish the stern. My son had a great time with the figures and the crocodile.

I participated in Brick Fest Live Providence with most of my club this last weekend. Both James and Finn came with with me and displayed their work at my table. Again the Pirate display I share with a couple of other members was a huge hit. I think my favorite part of these shows are the moments when I tell the crowds that the pieces they are looking at are our own creations. Most assume that we just st follow instructions from a set with all the pieces provided for us. Nope. We build literally from scratch.
