Was your job moved from an office building to your home office during the pandemic? Are you doing a hybrid work week?

According to Workplace Analytics – prior to the 2020 COVID-19 shut down approximately 43% of the workforce was able to work from home occasionally. And there was only 3.5% of the workforce working from home full time.

This quarantine has more businesses entertaining the idea that their employees can and want to work remotely. It is estimated that 25-30% of the workforce moving forward will continue to work from home a couple days a week.

That’s something to think about now when looking to purchase a home.
