Attic done! We lucked out with cooler weather for a few days which made it tolerable, but then right back to being a sauna. We needed to remove the old insulation and remediate mold so that RISE can come and install new insulation.

Started and finished French drainage and a sump pump. Also broke open the floor for plumbing for a bathroom and pump.
