Supreme Court Clarifies Induced Infringement Standard and Reinforces Skinny-Label Protection for Generic Drug Manufacturers In Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. v. Amarin Pharma, Inc. (June 4, 2026), the Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision clarifying the standard for induced infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271(b) in the Hatch-Waxman context.

Last night, we got to know our summer associates better at our first happy hour event of the summer at River & Rail Cantina in Cranford. We enjoyed appetizers, drinks, and conversation on the porch. It was a great time!
