MAC Productions is looking for a talented and client-focused Lighting Tech to join our growing team! If you have a deep understanding of large-scale live lighting systems, love being hands-on both in the warehouse and on show site, and are ready to travel for events that leave a lasting impact—let’s talk.

What You’ll Do:
Operate and manage complex lighting systems for high-profile live events
Collaborate with scenic design on lighting plots and lead on-site crews
Oversee prep, maintenance, and logistics of lighting gear in the warehouse
Stay ahead of lighting tech trends and help shape MAC’s future offerings

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of industry experience
Strong working knowledge of lighting control systems (Hog 4 is a plus)
Basic AutoCAD + Capture experience
ETCP Certified (or eager to pursue it)
A team player who’s cool under pressure, professional with clients, and thrives in both creative and technical environments
