Big structural upgrade completed.
Our crew completed a column relocation and support modification to improve the existing structure while keeping everything aligned and reinforced for long-term durability.
✔️ Installed new W8x31 column
✔️ Added HDG anchors & structural hardware
✔️ Welded beam stiffeners to existing W18 beam
✔️ Framed, anchored, and poured grout pedestal
✔️ Returning after cure to remove existing column and pier
