Too high and you lose traction and get a harsh, bouncy ride. Too low and you risk pinch flats and sloppy handling.

Most riders are running the wrong pressure without even knowing it. A good starting point is 25 to 30 psi for most trail conditions, but your weight, tire width, and terrain all affect the sweet spot. 🙌
