Tri-State Plastics is in search of a hard-working, enthusiastic individual for our office position.

Duties include but are not limited to: entering orders, creating and sending invoices (along with other general AP/AR tasks), filing documents, answering phones & emails, customer assistance, processing payments, help facilitate customers’ orders, sending purchase orders, and assisting the sales team with miscellaneous tasks (typing quotes, following up with customers, etc.)

Our ideal candidate should be a team-player, but also work well independently. Having strong organizational and communication skills is a must. While this is an office job, please be aware that you will not be sitting behind a desk all day.

Part-Time. Monday-Friday. 11am – 5:00pm.
Starting Pay $15/hr.

Tri-State Plastics is hiring an administrative office specialist. We are looking for a friendly, easy going person who will show up daily and on time! Hours are 8:30-5:00, with one day a week being 8:00-4:30. Must be able to multi-task while still providing friendly and excellent customer service. Experience in an office setting with accounts payable/ receivable knowledge is strongly preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right person. Being detailed oriented and having strong organizational skills is a must. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones

Promptly replying to customers’ emails

Organizing files and documents

Entering work orders and purchase orders

Creating and sending invoices

Processing/posting payments

Assisting the sales team/managers in tasks as needed

Other miscellaneous clerical duties
