Here's the story about how a little strip of Scotch Tape made Drive Thru Daiquiri Shops legal in Louisiana. From my friend, David Ervin, who opened The Daiquiri Factory in Lafayette in 1981.

Enjoyed a great evening at Spring for Art in Downtown Covington. It was a tough job judging the Mix Drink Competition, but someone had to do it.

We had a great time serving the World-Famous Frozen Mango Bellinis at the 40th Annual Chef Soiree. Look at that fancy chandelier.
