Laughing Bees Candy

Day 3 of Candy Camp and I'm realizing this may not be good for my health. I had marshmallows for breakfast, rice krispie treats for lunch, and this was dessert. (We did not make Scooter Crunches, this was a treat i got when I left Baker Hunt today.)

We DID make Twizzlers, a jello/marshmallow candy, and rice krispie treats with homemade marshmallow and homemade sprinkles.

What I learned at Day 2 of Candy Camp: homemade sprinkles are fun, it's easier to make marshmallows with kids if there is 1 adult per child, and sugar syrup does not make good hair gel.

I'm on the south side of which means I'm on the side closest to the river (does anyone else use the river as the point of orientation?). We have lots of candies and treats filled with goodness so come on down!

I'm making a batch of gummeys (featuring ) and right now my candy cooker is doing the heavy lifting. It'll be my turn soon since I get to drop all that gelatinous goodness into the molds.
