Tuesdays Starting October 14 | 9:30-11:30am

This class is designed for homeschoolers, and students will work through 4 weeks of menus, learning cooking and kitchen skills along the way. Class meets October 14, 21, 28, Nov 4.

Week 1: Knife Skills – Homemade ranch with fresh cut veggies, homemade bbq on baked chicken wings
Week 2: Reading Recipes – Veggies Skewers, Meat and Cheese Egg Bake, Garlic Bread
Week 3: Mise en Place – Asian-Style Egg Rolls, Dipping Sauce, Slaw
Week 4: Cooking Improv – Cheese and Chicken Quesadillas, Homemade Pico de Gallo
