As our community grows, so does Frost Rescue—and we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves!

Hello, friends! We’re George and Kristina Frost, the husband-and-wife team behind Frost Rescue. As a family-owned business, our mission is simple: to equip our community with the knowledge, confidence, and life-saving skills to respond when every second counts.

Together, our instructors bring years of experience in nursing, emergency medical services, firefighting, military medicine, and youth education. Whether you’re a healthcare professional renewing your certification, a parent wanting to be prepared, a business looking to train employees, or a student learning to babysit safely, we’re here to help.

We also want to introduce the newest member of our instructor team, Abby Sasso! Abby is passionate about teaching and mentoring young people and will be helping lead our Safe Sitter® programs. We’re excited to have her as part of the Frost Rescue family!

Classes — Frost Rescue - CPR & First Aid Training

Looking for a summer class that’s fun and teaches real-life skills?

Frost Rescue, LLC is hosting a Safe Sitter® Essentials with CPR class on Saturday, June 6th from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, and your pre-teen or teen is invited!

What is Safe Sitter® Essentials with CPR?
It’s a nationally recognized, hands-on course designed for students in 5th–8th grade to prepare them to stay home alone or start babysitting.

This class includes:
• CPR and choking rescue for infants and children
• Safety skills for emergencies
• Child care basics (feeding, diapering, entertaining)
• How to manage behavior
• Babysitting business tips

Cost: $75 per student
Students should bring a bag lunch and come ready to learn, engage, and build confidence!
