25 years ago this kid showed up and picked me to be her dad. Probably the most beautiful event of my life was when she showed up. Since then, she has grown to be a wonderful person who is so much to so many. She is an artist. She creates. She’s has than “thing” that artists have. It’s true! A new study was just released by the institute of me.
Not all transactions are easy. And thankfully I have a team of professionals and we’ve seen almost every scenario under the sun. And we used every tool in the shed to accomplish my clients goals of getting their home sold and moving into their next home in Covina!

I know, I know. You may think that we need to get our crap figured out on this planet before any of this, and you're right. But its never been figured out on this planet...
I hope for a safe flight for these explorers
We’re ~48 hours away from rollout of NASA’s mega moon rocket, SLS Artemis II. This mission will be similar to the Apollo 8 mission, but this time it will have a crew of 4 instead of 3. They will launch and go around the moon to set up for the Artemis III mission. It will be the farthest humans have traveled in 54 years.
Artemis III will have astronauts setting boots on the moon, once again!
