The residents kicked off 4th of July weekend with Patriotic Bingo! 🇺🇸

To help stay cool on day two of this heat wave, our residents, staff, and visitors enjoyed freshly-blended, frozen, watermelon margaritas! 🍉

For dessert tonight, our amazing kitchen staff made a delicious American flag cake compete with fresh berries and whipped topping!🍓🫐

A good time was had by all while staying cool and hydrated!🪭💦

We ended Nursing Home Week 2026 today with the ✨ROARING TWENTIES!✨

The residents enjoyed learning about the 1920’s in the morning, testing their knowledge with trivia questions and trying out some dance moves—like the Charleston. 💃

In the afternoon, they drank sparkling cider at our outdoor speakeasy—trying their luck with the roulette wheel and slot machines! 🎰🥂

After dinner, the residents will be ending their day by playing Pokeno!♠️♥️♣️♦️

A great day and week was had by all. Another Nursing Home Week in the books for all of us at Alpine. We are so very grateful for each and every member of our community and family here—and wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate the week any other way!🥰
