I-290 Blue Line Coalition

Yesterday’s shutdown of the Eisenhower Expressway highlights the importance of I-290, the main E-W artery through the Chicagoland area. Anyone who drives I-290 regularly knows that even on a good day, it’s one of the worst traffic bottlenecks in the county.

Rebuilding I-290 must be a priority for Illinois.
