Council Lumberjacks

The girls varsity is at a summer ball tournament at TVCC today and tomorrow. Today they went 2–0 with wins over Parma and Weiser. 

On the last day of school, CHS had its end of year awards ceremony. Among the highlights was the awarding of Male Athlete of the Year (Owen Hatfield) and Female Athlete of the Year, which was a tie (Sara Conaway/Eliza Bingham). Owen also signed his Letter of Intent to play college football for College of Idaho. Additionally, several historic records were broken this spring, and all of those athletes in varsity and junior high were celebrated. What a year! It’s always a great day to be a Lumberjack!
