Update: all evacuation orders lifted, local fire crews being released, Forest Service will remain on the fire. Listening to radio traffic, it sounds like there is a Dozer Line around the fire.
All Fire Crews did an excellent job!

Fire near Horseflat Rd west of Cambridge. Multiple fire agencies, local and Federal, multiple dozers, & air resources are working. Please stay clear of the area while fire crews are working.

New Meadows Burn Ban:

Meadows Valley Rural Fire district will implement a total burn ban effective July 15th.

Only outdoor cooking fires will be allowed in an enclosed approved cooking source.
