$15 per participant.

Running a special for July - bring a friend that is new to Wild Roots Yoga and you both receive $5 off their first class!

Remember, this is a 6 week series, if you commit to all 6 classes your 7th class is free!

🌿 Class Update 🌿

Unfortunately, class has been canceled tonight due to not reaching the minimum number of mat reservations.

Our 6-week series will continue next Thursday with Class 2, and I can’t wait to see you then! 🀍

Just a gentle reminder that mat reservations are required by 12:00 PM on the day of class. Because Wild Roots Yoga offers a personalized experience with limited space, I prepare each class based on the number of reserved mats. Classes require a minimum of 3 reserved mats to be held, and once the reservation deadline has passed, I’m unable to accommodate walk-ins.

🌿 Balance isn’t about standing perfectly still… it’s about finding your center when life gets a little wobbly. 🌿

Looking to build strength, improve focus, and increase flexibility at home? Try adding a few of these balancing poses to your daily routine. Balance poses challenge not only the body, but also the mind. helping improve concentration, stability, and confidence both on and off the mat.

✨ Tips for success:
β€’ Focus your gaze on one steady point.
β€’ Engage your core muscles.
β€’ Breathe slowly and steadily.
β€’ Use a wall or chair for support when needed.
β€’ Remember: wobbling is part of the practice!

Choose 2-3 poses to start and hold each for a few breaths, or challenge yourself to work through the entire list.
