National Auctioneers Week recognizes the auctioneers, and just as importantly, the people behind them who keep this industry running.

Meet Tonya Lynne. My wife, co-owner, Ringman, clerk, cashier, lotting crew lead, and finance manager. She is a graduate of Champion Ringman College and a working example of what a professional auction staff looks like.

Tonya is not an auctioneer. She has built her career on every other side of the business, the side most attendees never see. The lots don't get organized without her. The clerking stays clean because of her. The books balance because she runs them. And when she works the floor as a Ringman, she earns every bid she catches.

This week recognizes the full industry. The auctioneers on the stage, and the staff who make sure the auction actually works. Tonya represents the second group at the highest level, and our company runs the way it does because of her.
