There's nothing better than spending the Fourth of July weekend with family, friends, and plenty of fun!
Our campground was filled with families enjoying everything that makes summer special—from camping and relaxing to watching the kids laugh, play, and cool off together. Moments like these are what the Western Oregon Exposition is all about.
The fairgrounds aren't just home to the Heritage Fair in August—they're a place where memories are made all year long.
Thank you to everyone who chose to spend their holiday weekend with us. We hope to see you back again soon!

Memory Monday: The Queen's Court

For many years, the Western Oregon Exposition Heritage Fair's Queen's Court was a cherished tradition.

The young women who participated weren't just wearing a sash—they were representing our fair, our community, and developing leadership skills that would serve them for years to come. Lifelong friendships were formed, confidence was built, and memories were made that many still treasure today.

Unfortunately, due to funding limitations, the Queen's Court program is no longer part of the fair. While the tradition lives on in our memories, we know many in the community would love to see it return.

As we look back at these photos, we're reminded of the positive impact this program had on so many young women throughout the years.

✨ Perhaps one day, with the support of a community-minded sponsor, we can bring this tradition back for a new generation.
