🥬 Participants will learn how to select seasonal produce, master simple recipes that appeal to all ages, and understand the benefits of a farm-to-table lifestyle.

❤️ This workshop emphasizes flavor, nutrition, and fun, providing practical skills for preparing delicious, healthy family meals right from your community garden or local market to your dinner table.

$10/person covers all ingredients. We will enjoy a meal together right here at the Ranch! Signing up ahead of time is important so we can be sure to have enough food purchased t for everyone.
