We’re proud to have partnered with Wahoo’s Fish Taco and Pepsi to launch the new Ensenada Fish & Shrimp Tacos—a menu item inspired by the Wahoo’s brothers’ Baja roots. Surfing, adventure, great friends, and authentic regional flavors… it’s a reminder of where the brand began.

To support the launch, the Blue C team developed an AI-powered, digital-first media strategy featuring Spotify, Mobile Conquesting, Meta (geo-targeting and behavioral audiences), and YouTube pre-roll. Every channel was designed to maximize reach, optimize media efficiency, and provide full KPI tracking from awareness to performance.

The results? The new Ensenada tacos have quickly become one of the top-selling menu items across Wahoo’s locations.
