Project Insight
What might happen if you started a Project Support Center at your organization?
Amy Altomare did just that when she dreamed up the Project Resource Center at City of Hope Cancer Treatment Center.
She started small, first assisting clinical nursing teams with their life-giving project endeavors, but the project success and her team's heart for helping eventually attracted attention from other teams across the whole organization who are now utilizing the resource-rich support system.
With her innovative approach, not only did she overcome the quintessential adoption problems of traditional PMOs, but she tactfully helped train the entire organization on how to run a great project.
If you want to hear more or think a Project Support Center might be right for your organization, you're going to want to hear this episode.
