I know Instagram isn’t that serious but I want to share authentic content of life and splitting my life in two separate categories on the internet sometimes feels weird. High protein apple cinnamon muffins 🍎

What you’ll need:
•1 cup oats
•1 cup whole wheat flour
•3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
•1/4 cup any type of milk or plant milk
•2 large egg
•1/3 cup brown sugar
•1/4 cup unsalted butter
•2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•2 teaspoons cinnamon
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1 cup finely diced apples

•optional addition naked whey 3 scoops for extra protein 💪🏼

1) preheat oven to 350°F
2) combine yogurt, milk and oats and let them soak
3) whisk together egg and brown sugar
4) add softened butter and vanilla extract to the brown sugar and egg mixture
5) add whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt
6) add in oat mixture and thoroughly combine (should be thick and kind of dough-like)
7)fill muffin tin ~ 3/4 of the way full
8) bake for about 18 mins (check with toothpick to make sure to center is done)
9) enjoy 10 grams of protein in every muffin😋
