Come to Wilkinson 108 this Tuesday at 5:20 pm to learn about the research that grad student Mikkel Louis is working on and what grad school is like!!

The Geoclub recently went to Silver Falls State Park!! They got to see beautiful waterfalls and learn about the geology of the park!

This past spring break, the Geoscience Club went to the American Southwest!! Among many of the cool places they got to see, they were able to visit Grand Canyon, Canyonlands, and Arches National Parks!! They got to learn about the geologic history of the Grand Staircase, which makes up the region, and the environments in which they were deposited in.

A big thank you goes out to our team that planned and made this trip possible!! Another big thank you goes to Ben Stanley who helped lead our trip!!

Geoclub is leading a field trip to the John Day fossil beds! Collect fossils and experience the amazing geology that Oregon has to offer!!
