In this whirlwind of life, each of us carries a lantern of energy — spiritual, intentional, creative. It’s our fuel, driving us forward. But we're all aware that our energy isn't an endless reservoir. So how do we balance this limited stock against the grand changes we aspire to usher in?

Is it physical stamina we need? Mental fortitude? Spiritual grit? Or is it about harmonizing all of them, like the varied notes in a melody? How do we navigate these different forms of energy and put them to good use for the things we believe in?

And then, there's the matter of expectations. What should we expect from ourselves, and what should we hope for from others?
