My neighbor stopped me for 30-45 minutes yesterday to help her de-stress. It seemed to work as Maureen told me it's best for her to "go to her happy place," which for her is the ocean and walking in the sand. I think an ocean trip is in her near future. For me it's mostly the "big trees" and forrest, but it can be a mountain top or amazing blue lake too. Everyone has their favorite. If you don't mind sharing please add yours. Thanks!

There are so many activities that you can engage in and be a part of. The main action you can take is to be active and use your body. I see way more inactivity and laziness than being proactive and using what you already have. I guess that's why I have a job/career. Helping others move and improve is a great path to work on/towards

Moving and using your body just feels good. Unless you are suffering from injury or pain from another condition. There are limitless movements you can practice like: hiking, swimming, cycling, playing with your kids, challenging your strength and core with a tug-o-war, and many, many others. If you need ideas go with what you like, enjoy, and will do. If you need support reach out and PTIM will help you.
