Transitional design with rustic flair. This renovation will always hold a special place in our hearts—not only because of the stunning results, but because of the incredible family that calls this house home. After flood damage, they needed a fresh start, and together with a wonderful contractor, we brought their vision to life.

Kitchen highlights: knotty alder cabinetry, a painted island, Patagonia granite countertops, Zellige backsplash tile, Thermador appliances, and a one-of-a-kind chandelier crafted in Colorado.

Laundry highlights: painted cabinetry, Zellige checkerboard flooring + backsplash

Primary bathroom: tumbled Brunetta + Thassos marble floors, hand-glazed ceramic wall tile, and dramatic Patagonia granite with waterfall edges.

Daughter’s bath: glass mosaic tile, and crackled ceramic subway tile paired with onyx-look porcelain in a timeless basketweave pattern.
