Today we celebrate the life of our forever TOKC Hero, Joshua. πŸ’›πŸŽ—οΈ
Joshua faced every challenge with incredible courage, a contagious smile, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone he met. He loved his family and friends, the Special Olympics, dancing, movies, and bringing happiness to others. He even volunteered with Triumph Over Kid Cancer to encourage children fighting cancer, just like him.
Though Joshua passed away on July 6, 2015, his kindness, laughter, and legacy continue to inspire us every day. We are forever grateful for the joy he shared and the love his family continues to give through their support of TOKC.
Joshua, you will always be remembered, always be celebrated, and always be our hero. πŸ’›

Cancer impacts so much more than physical health. Through it all, Natalie continues to face her leukemia journey with remarkable strength and resilience.
This year, Natalie completed her first year at UTRGV, an accomplishment that truly reflects her perseverance and dedication! We are incredibly proud of all she has achieved while navigating the challenges that come with treatment and recovery.
We’re also excited to see Natalie making memories and enjoying some well-deserved fun. Her older brother recently took her to a local concert, and she has already been able to enjoy another concert since then! It’s wonderful to see her finding moments of joy along the way.
While Natalie is doing well physically, she has also experienced the emotional ups and downs that come with battling cancer. Even on the difficult days, she continues moving forward with courage and determination!
Natalie, your TOKC family is always here for you! We are cheering you on through every high and low. Your strength inspires us all.

πŸŒŠπŸ’› Making Waves for a Cleaner Community!
This morning, TOKC partnered with local residents, students, and community volunteers for a beach cleanup near Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. Together, we spent the morning removing litter, protecting our coastline, and helping preserve the beauty of our community for everyone to enjoy.
THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who got up bright and early to lend a hand.
At TOKC, we believe in making a difference both for children battling cancer and within the communities that support them. Thank you to everyone who joined us in keeping our beaches clean and our community strong, one act of service at a time.
