Munoz Engineering

Munoz Engineering provided Civil and Structural design services for the new "Bayview Crossing" Retail Center development located in Portland, Texas. The structural design consisted of open web bar joists bearing on structural steel framing supported on a slab-on-grade foundation. Civil provided design for the parking lot layout, wastewater, water, and stormwater utility design as well as coordination with TxDot for approval and permitting of the driveways.

Munoz team members worked together to compete at the 2023 Toughest Scout Challenge at Camp Karankawa. The experience was a valuable opportunity for the team members to develop their leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
