I caught a guy dumping a trailer load of tires out here on the outskirts of Corpus Christi. I called 911 and he saw me and ran hard&fast back into town . I followed at a distance. We ended up in The Lakes subdivision, and that's where I lost him. All I could think of was some innocent kid getting run over. Be in the lookout for an older brown GMC suburban with a junky/ugly, two axle, yellowish, utility trailer with one hub cap. Please share. We'll catch him. 11 am 7 July 2023.
