•50/50 blend spring mix
• 1/2 cup of Kale

• 3 mini peppers

So after a very relaxjng weekend filled with all kinds of food Joel and I did our weigh in to see the damage.
Joel has been so good about still eating clean weighing his food even on vacation.
Joel’s starting weight: 246.3
Joel’s current weight: 242
✨With minimum exercise and portion control he was able to lose 4lbs ✨💪🏽
I however did indulge and eat more than I should have. But Monday I bounced back working out and we’ve meal prepped.
Sarah’s starting weight: 229.8
Sarah ‘s current weight: 229.7
✨Luckily I didn’t gain, but I also didn’t lose, it’s tough to keep strong and stay on track. But that’s okay because this rest of the week I’m gonna work harder towards my goal! ✨💪🏽

📣‼️The results are in…*🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁*
After a full week of eating our meals for lunch and then eating healthy and clean for dinner…drinking water….working out 4 times a week…
…I (Sarah Abrigo Gomez) lost ✨6.8lbs ✨💪🏽

I feel the first week is always the hardest, I wanted to give in and eat a burger or cookies, to give me that satisfied feeling. Instead, when those feeling came up I replaced it with healthier snack alternatives. I didn’t starve myself, I got full off our meals vs. over eating. Food has always been my way of coping especially in stressful situations. I’ve started realizing that. Finally, seeing the harmful patterns I started when things got tough allowed me to break that cycle. Now I’m replacing that satisfaction with result! ❤️💪🏽
