Amid Covid-19, as I forge ahead to get clients reimbursed for their cancelled flights, I must say, Frontier Airlines is all smoke and mirrors. Alaska Air, United, Alitalia, and Delta have been steadfastly supportive of cancellations. American Airlines have been the most efficient in honoring refunds, regardless of the ticket selection. Unfortunately, Frontier has extremely inefficient customer service representatives and supervisers and they lie through their teeth. I’m blown away at their less than legal tactics and will no longer represent Frontier airline or promote them. Shame on them! Save yourself lots of time wasted, patience and money and ignore Frontier Airlines promises, as they are broken!
