During a floating sound bath session, participants will lie on floating mattresses, with a neck pillow, blanket, and eye mask for a sensory experience. Participants are surrounded by various sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, or other percussion instruments to produce harmonious tones and vibrations. These sounds help induce a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and promote overall well-being.

A few key questions that have been asked:
* Pool is heat to 80+ degrees
* You will only get your feet wet when loading on the floats
* Blankets are provided for warmth

I am blessed to have had a short “knowing” journey with Colon Cancer…2 months from the day I was told I had cancer to the day the tumor was removed from my body & all test came back negative for any trace of cancer.

Although I am cancer free, the journey continues with heavy monitoring for the next 5 years with various tests every 3roots, 6 months & yearly.
