"Two North Carolina cities were again ranked in the top 10 hottest U.S. real estate markets for 2022. And before it comes to blows between Charlotte and Raleigh, both are included, the Observer’s Gordon Rago reports.

On Tuesday, Zillow ranked Raleigh #3 and Charlotte #5 out of the 50 largest U.S. metros .Tampa Bay, Florida, was ranked #1 overall for 2022, according to Zillow’s estimates."
