1. What is one interesting fact about you? I lived in Japan for a total of five years. It is one of my favorite places; the food was amazing, the culture was beautiful, and the people were some of the most genuine I have ever met.

2. Favorite vacation spot? My favorite vacation spot is at a beach. I am not picky about which one. Carolina beaches are so pretty. The beach is a place where I feel calm and happy.

3. What do you like most about North Carolina? I love how green it is here. I enjoy driving around and seeing the beautiful trees and landscapes throughout the state.

4. Favorite food? I love cheesecake. It is by far my favorite food ever!

5. Favorite sports team? Since I am originally from California, my favorite team is the San Francisco 49ers. However, since moving here, I have also become invested in the Carolina Panthers.

6. What is most rewarding about being a therapist? When I was a hairstylist, I often listened to people’s struggles without having the tools to help them. As a therapist, I can truly help people reach their goals. When they find success, I feel that success with them and appreciate being part of their story.

Purpose Wellness Center PLLC is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Part-Time Therapist to join our team in Cornelius, North Carolina. If you’re passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and find purpose, we’d love to connect with you.

Position: Part-Time Therapist

Location: Cornelius, NC (in-person)

Compensation: 60/40 split

(Therapist receives 60%)

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a therapist who is:
✔ Licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
✔ Client-centered, empathetic, and grounded in ethical practice
✔ Able to work independently while collaborating in a supportive environment
✔ Comfortable building a caseload and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships
✔ Passionate about holistic wellness, personal growth, and intentional living

What You’ll Do

Provide individual therapy to clients seeking emotional, mental, and relational support
Maintain clear documentation and uphold all compliance standards
Create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore and heal
Participate in a wellness-focused, mission-driven practice culture
