Where to begin, Y’all it has been a ride!! I honestly do not know what to wright, and that’s a first for me lol 😂. With that said, I want to thank all of my student athletes, there families, and soooo many others that graciously allowed me the privilege and honor to be a part of there village in their development, not just in the great games of baseball ⚾️ or softball 🥎, but in the great game life as well! I was and am still humbled by the continued support! Watching all smile, achieving their work, watching all go to the next level, whether it be in JR High Ball, a particular travel ball program, High School, college, or the bigs! Y’all it’s just been freaking awesome to say the least! I will leave you with this, If you want to be competitive, and be the very best version of you and for others, you have to overcome adversity, love the process and embrace the climb. Are you staying in your comfort zone? Most people resist and fight change. The “I can’t” syndrome kicks in for hear of making mistakes, or do not want to get hurt. Except no limitations of self, challenge the unknown and take the initiative! There is an old saying,” no pain-no gain,” or should it read,”there is no gain with out pain, the pain of regret”. Except no limitations!

Team and player, to very important words when used in the sport of baseball and softball. A group of players that come together "as one" to achieve the same goals in a competitive sport. Be a "team player." Look, no one in there wright mind tries to make an error or a mental mistake. Here is the kicker, it's going to happen. So when it does take place, pick up your teammates when they make a bad play or have a poor performance by being a great team player. In doing so, the whole team becomes stronger mentally, and you'll have a more positive and reinforced outcome. Remember, one must love there teammates like a family, because it is a family.
