The good news is that means approximately 80% of the risk is preventable! We'll be sharing more throughout the month about ways to help PREVENT heart disease risks as well as warning signs that you may need to visit your doctor.

🌹February is American Heart Month, but we're not talking about Cupid 🏹 and Sweethearts! 😍 It's a dedicated time to raise awareness about cardiovascular health ❤️ and the prevention of heart disease, the leading cause of death in the United States.
