That perspective shift matters.

My goal in every ARD meeting is not just to advocate, but to collaborate by bringing clarity, data, and a student-centered focus so teams can think differently, problem-solve effectively, and ultimately create stronger IEPs.

When we move from tension to teamwork, that’s where real progress happens for students.

Grateful for professionals who are open, reflective, and committed to doing what’s right for kids. This is how we take the “scary” out of advocacy and turn it into something powerful!
