Copper Penny Goldens

I thought it would be interesting to share the color change in red golden retrievers by age. Here is Brick 11wks, Cherry 8mo, Penny 4yrs.
They do reach their full red color before 4yo, usually by 1yo but some can get extra dark and take almost 2 years.🥰

Welcome Brick, we are adding a new red stud to our golden crew. Brick came from Mississippi and comes from liniage with clear genetics and OFA testing. He and Cherry are genetically clear and will be OFA tested at the appropriate age.
