This is a great news segment featuring the senior member of the Ohio Valley Community Band. Victor has marched every Canonsburg Parade for the past SIXTY YEARS! As he mentions, the Ohio Valley Community Band is always looking for new members as we are one of the very few community band who still play concerts AND march!
