TRYING TO GAIN SELF-CONFIDENCE DOESN'T WORK!

HERE'S WHY...

Would you ever try and fill up a glass that is lying on its side?

It would NEVER work right!

The glass must be upright so that it can be filled from the source of where the liquid comes from and it must stay upright so the liquid doesn't run out.

Trying to gain self-confidence from our performance or from people telling us what a great job we are doing is like trying to fill a glass that is lying on its side.

It will always run right out, leaving us feeling NEEDY for more.

Because when you are reaching outside of you you are trying to fill a hole inside that can NEVER be filled by going horizontal to gain confidence.

However, if the glass is upright and we fill it up from THE SOURCE of where the liquid comes from it will become full.

This analogy helps us understand why going vertical to get confidence from THE SOURCE of LOVE, TRUTH, AND LIGHT—which is your Heavenly Team—is going to be a lot more effective and long-lasting than trying to get it horizontally through your performance or hoping that other people will validate that you worth and value.

In other words, obtaining what I term God-confidence will be much more effective than trying to have SELF-confidence.

As an entrepreneur, I have tried to follow all the gurus and do what they say you must do to be successful.

However, I have found that when I am taking every class and trying to do ALL THE THINGS they say you need to do to run a successful business, I end up feeling frustrated and burned out, with little to show for my efforts.

This always causes me to question if I have what it takes, which greatly affects my confidence and my ability to trust that I am on the right path.

Conversely, when I take the time in the morning to meet with my Heavenly Team to get clear on what I need to focus on and what my next step is, I know I have their support in what I am doing.

This empowers me with confidence that I am on the right track and that while I may have a lot to learn, I have the faith that I wouldn't FEEL INSPIRED TO DO IT IF I COULD DEVELOP THE SKILLS OR FIGURE IT OUT.

Your steps to be filled each day may be a little different than mine, but I will share mine with you to give you an idea, and then you can tweak them to work for you with how your spiritual gifts and intuition work.

Please note that it's through doing the following morning practice daily that I learned what works for me.

1-) Do my Get Connected Routine so I can be fully connected in body and spirit and to my Heavenly Father's Pure Love for me. (It's difficult, if not impossible, to receive inspiration without being connected to the source of inspiration and pure love for you)

2-) Acknowledge the abundance I currently have in my life and how grateful I am to live an abundant life. (Love and gratitude are the highest vibrational emotions we can have).

3-)Notice what fears I have coming up and journal about them in letter form to Heavenly Father and my Heavenly Team with the intention of gaining their perspective so I can shift out of any limiting beliefs or cultural or generational programming that is causing me to be misaligned with Gospel/Universal Truth.

Getting up early to create the time to meet with my Heavenly Team so I can get grounded be clear what my next step is to move forward in my earthly progression is one of the things that fills me with what I have come to term GOD-CONFIDENCE.

When I take the time to be filled with Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, Heavenly Mother, and my angels and guides pure love for me, I KNOW I AM NOT DOING LIFE OR MY BUSINESS ALONE.

I know that I can figure things out that are hard and develop the skills that will help me keep my business moving forward.

I also am able to spend my time doing the most important things rather than frantically trying to do ALL THE THINGS.

Because I can always be doing something productive, BUT I CAN NEVER DO IT ALL, ALL THE TIME.

As we delve into the Law of Abundance and Supply this month, it's crucial to understand that whenever you find yourself in a state of confusion, it's a signal of being in a fear-based state. This self-awareness is your first step towards empowerment and control.

Fear-based states, such as confusion, are the devil's playground of doubt, frustration, complacency, and lack of direction. These fears hinder your progress and potential and interfere with your ability to be the light you are meant to be in whatever way you are meant to shine.

How do you shift out of this?

It all starts with the type of questions you are asking.

First, notice the "what if" questions and fear-based thoughts your mind is spinning in.

Then, acknowledge that they are there without judgment and ask them to FREEZE!

Next, descend into your heart and start asking powerful questions that start with "How" or "What."

As you listen to what your heart, gut, and intuition bring into your heart and mind, trust that the thoughts and ideas you receive are answers and is the direction you are receiving.

You may dislike the answers because they may require you to step forward with faith and do something outside your comfort zone.

But remember, YOUR COMFORT ZONE IS YOUR LACK ZONE!

If you want to overcome scarcity and attract more abundance, you must be willing to think and act with faith.

Acting with faith is much easier if you are connected to God's love and grounded in the truth that you have infinite worth and value.
