Congratulations to Cristian Lopez this month’s Ed Kahaly Culture Champion! Cristian exemplifies determination, discipline, and a commitment to excellence in everything he does. From representing Costa Rica in international competition to taking on the challenge of training in a completely new discipline, his drive to continuously improve is both impressive and inspiring. That same focus and attention to detail carries directly into his work, where he approaches every situation with professionalism, positivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Cristian demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting and uplifting those around him. He approaches recognition with true intentionality, ensuring appreciation is meaningful and impactful, and consistently offers thoughtful feedback, encouragement, and support to his team. His ability to find the positive in any situation, combined with his genuine care for others and commitment to doing the right thing, makes a lasting difference. Thank you, Cristian, for being a true example of our core values daily!

Ed Kahaly was the pinnacle of our culture at Pegasus Logistics Group; there wasn’t a request he would say no to or a costume he wouldn’t wear, and he was a mentor to anyone who asked. We lost Ed in 2008, and in his honor, we named this monthly Culture Spotlight Award after him. The people who win this award are held to the highest standard and have displayed the culture we so loved in Ed.

Congratulations to Priscilla Lopez, our Offsite Team Member of the Month! Priscilla played a key role in supporting our recent ISO certification, and her impact truly stands out.

Throughout the certification process, she did an outstanding job representing Pegasus Logistics Group, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. From maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to confidently addressing questions, Priscilla brought a high level of professionalism and preparation every step of the way. Throughout the process, she remained organized, responsive, and focused, while also stepping in to support team members with reporting requirements and provide guidance when it was needed most. Her calm, solutions-oriented approach helped keep the team aligned and moving forward under pressure.

Her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile make a meaningful difference for our team and our stakeholders. Thank you, Priscilla, for everything you do. We’re grateful to have you on the Pegasus Logistics team!
