New 8” Japanese inspired chef in AEB-L stainless steel. The handle scales are stabilized Hawaiian Koa custom cut and stabilized in our shop. Black and white G10 liners adorn the inner layout of the tang. This one is razor sharp having achieved 61 Rockwell during heat treat. A cryo treatment is done to all of our AEB-L knives before two temper cycles providing superior toughness and razor sharp edges. Photo credit 📸 @ Copiague, New York
Our 6” EDC model in 440C with black micarta scales. This one is going out this weekend. Sad to see it go but glad someone will get good use out of this one. It’s a trusty little knife 🔪 .....music sampled from YouTube “the notorious B.IG.-going back to Cali (instrumental)”
